This event is the closing ceremony of the Meraki Cabinet BEM Fikom Unpad. The purpose of this event is to show appreciation to residents\/organizations at the Faculty of Communication, Padjadjaran University, who have maximally carried out their roles as members of organizations and students.<\/p>\n<p>For 2019, the FIKOM AWARDS chose the MEXICO theme with the name \u201cFIKOM de MAYO\u201d. The MEXICO theme was chosen to make this event colorful and lively. Like the previous year in the 2019 FIKOM AWARDS series of events! a reading of the nominations and a joint meal were held in the Moestopo Room, Faculty of Communication, Padjadjaran University. There were 14 award categories given out that night, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Most Outstanding Student in Academic<\/li>\n<li>Most Outstanding Student in Sport<\/li>\n<li>Most Outstanding Student in Arts<\/li>\n<li>Most Inspiring People of The Year<\/li>\n<li>Best Poster for UKM<\/li>\n<li>Best Poster for HIMA<\/li>\n<li>Best UKM in Sports<\/li>\n<li>Best UKM in Arts<\/li>\n<li>Best UKM of The Year<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding Student Association<\/li>\n<li>Best Social Media Student Association<\/li>\n<li>Best Social Movement Student Association<\/li>\n<li>Best Entrepreneurship Student Association<\/li>\n<li>Best Student Association of The Year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What&#8217;s new this year is the existence of FIKOM AWARDS social media, which the previous year didn&#8217;t have, the use of this social media is not only to publicize the event, but also to be a place for selecting winners from several nominations, namely Best Poster for HIMA&amp;UKM , and Most Inspiring People of The Year. Nomination photos <em>posted<\/em> on FIKOM AWARDS social media in the form of Instagram will see the number of <em>likes<\/em> and that becomes an assessment in determining the winner.<\/p>\n<p>This event was attended by invited Unpad Fikom residents, which consisted of representatives from each Student Association, UKM, and students who were nominated. An appreciation event is incomplete if there is no musical performance, therefore there is a musical performance from the Unpad Fikom students themselves. At the end of the event, there was a farewell from BEM Fikom members of the Meraki Cabinet who were greeted with emotion and happiness. Hopefully this event can motivate Associations, UKM and students of the Faculty of Communication, Padjadjaran University to be better.
