Padjadjaran University Faculty of Communication Sciences Achieves West Java KPID Broadcasting Award

Faculty of Communication Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran received an award in the category of Higher Education Institution Caring for Broadcasting in the 16th West Java KPID Broadcasting Award. The award was presented to Dr. Dadang Rahmat Hidayat, S.H., S.Sos., M.Si. as the Dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran, on the awarding night Thursday (31/8/2023) at Graha Asia Plaza, Sumedang.

Anugerah Penyiaran KPID West Java is an annual event organized by the Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission as a form of appreciation to all local broadcasting stations, both television and radio, in West Java. The appreciation event also honored community leaders, universities, and regional heads who contributed to the development of healthy and quality local broadcasts.

In this event, there were at least 15 broadcasting nomination categories, 9 general nominations, and 46 award winners which included broadcasting institutions, public figures, content creators, and educational institutions, one of which was Fikom Unpad. The academic community of Fikom Unpad is also proud of this achievement. Let’s jointly commit to the success of West Java local broadcasts and maintain the achievements of Fikom Unpad. (TDF)
