Television Laboratory

Television Laboratory is a means of supporting a number of courses related to television, including the following subjects:

• Broadcast Television Production
• Television Journalism Production
• Television News Writing,
• Etc

This laboratory consists of four rooms: a production studio, a news studio, a control room, and a tool storage warehouse. The laboratory provides complete equipment needed for television broadcasting, such as various types of cameras: Handycam, VHS Camera, S-VHS Camera, Semi-Professional MiniDV Camera; Video Mixer/Switcher, television monitor, PC computer, editing computer, lighting, studio background, settings and properties.

Television Laboratory provides opportunities for students to gain practical skills as follows:

• Mastering the technique of using Video and TV cameras
• Mastering TV broadcast production techniques including making TV studio settings and procedures
• Mastering broadcast and reporting techniques for TV shows
• Mastering live production techniques and editing techniques for TV broadcasts
