Fiducia Cabinet Launching: Officially Inaugurated, Hima Humas Invites External to Establish Mutualism Relationship
Friday, April 26, 2024, the Public Relations Student Association (Hima Humas) Fikom Unpad held a Fiducia Cabinet Launching in order to inaugurate, inaugurate, and introduce the new management to external parties of Hima Humas in the Postgraduate Auditorium Room of Fikom Unpad which was transformed into a cinema room in line with the movie night concept raised.
The work program of the External Relations department was attended by more than 150 participants consisting of the Executive Board of Hima Humas, Active Students, PR Study Program Lecturers, Fikom Deans, and more than 30 Student Organizations from inside and outside Padjadjaran University.
The opening of the Fiducia Cabinet Launching was surprised by a jaipong dance performance by Thalitha Zahara, an active member of Hima Humas. The event was officially opened by Fredi Rivaldi and Aulia Putri Canella as Master of Ceremony (MC) and continued with remarks from Antonio Padua Leyn as Chairman of BPM Fikom Unpad 2024, Renata Anisa. S.Sos., M.M. as the advisor of Hima Humas, and Mr. Centurion Chandratama Priyatna, M.Si., Ph.D as the Head of the Public Relations study program who expressed his hope, namely according to the name of the cabinet, “Fiducia” which means “Trusted”, Hima Humas can build trust to establish cooperation with the audience and other external parties.
The inauguration process of the Hima Humas management took place symbolically, starting with the pronunciation of the oath of office by Maryam Dewi Pusparini as the Chairperson of Hima Humas 2024 and continued with 19 core administrators of Hima Humas 2024 who went up on stage to voice the same oath. After the inauguration session was over, it was time for the inauguration session of the Fiducia cabinet which was symbolized by cutting the golden ribbon by Maryam Dewi and Mrs. Renata Anisa in front of 18 other Hima Humas core administrators.
After being inaugurated and inaugurated, Hima Humas showed the Organizational Profile video of the Fiducia Cabinet which displays the vision, mission, work culture, and 13 Departments with 93 Administrators in it.
At the peak of the event, Maryam Dewi together with Zaim Abidurrohman Az-Zukhruf as Deputy Chairperson of the 2024 Hima Humas Association presented information on the management of the Fiducia Cabinet including the introduction of the cabinet in the form of vision, mission, and the meaning of the name Fiducia Cabinet, the introduction of departments and fields in Hima Humas, as well as the excellent work program owned by Hima Humas.
In addition, in the series of Hima Humas Cabinet Launching, the Head of External Relations Department, Sherly Mediana, also displayed a list of external parties that have collaborated with Hima Humas such as Gojek, Danone, and on-going partnerships with Barenbliss and Chubb. The Project Officer of the Cabinet Launching event emphasized on the mutualism relationship and said that Hima Humas also opens cooperation opportunities for external parties who attended the event.
With the Cabinet Launching that aims to introduce Hima Humas Kabinet Fiducia, it is also expected that more mutualism relationships will be established by Hima Humas and external parties. (SM)
