Fikom Unpad held a Tausiyah Tasyakur Bin Ni’mah to Close the Gregorian Year
The Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran organized Tausiyah in the context of year-end tasyakur bin ni’mah. The event with the theme “Tasyakur Bin Ni’mah End of the Year and Closing the Gregorian Year” took place on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 09.00 – 11.00 WIB in Oemi Room Fikom Unpad and was broadcast live via Divia Unpad Official YouTube channel. The event began with remarks from the Dean of Fikom Unpad, Dr. Dadang Rahmat Hidayat, S.Sos., S.H., M.Si., in his remarks he expressed his gratitude for the achievements that had been achieved in the past year. “What will be planned in the coming year will be even better and can achieve what we have targeted well,” he said. His hope is that next year can be even better and what we do can be a blessing for all of us. The event continued with tausiyah from Ustaz Nur Ihsan Jundulloh, Lc., with the title “Tasyakur Bin Ni’mah End of the Year and Closing the Gregorian Year.” He explained that Quranic verses will be much broader in meaning when we understand sibaq (verse that precedes), siaq (context), lihaq (verse after). Gratitude is about being able to see one small pleasure that Allah gives. Gratitude in language even though the input is small but the output is large so that if we are grateful it will definitely be added, but if we are not grateful “indeed my punishment is very painful” so that the reward for those who disbelieve is long in quantity can increase and be seen in quality. What is added is what we call barakah, meaning the addition of the quality of blessings because of gratitude to Allah SWT. There are three meanings of blessing, namely anumuwu about growth, ziadah means more than our predictions and istqror is about stability. Then, there are four groups that will be kept away from losses, namely faith, good deeds, tawasaubilhaq, tawasaubisobri, because without patience it is difficult to maintain faith and maintain good deeds and patience for tawasaubilhaq. Patience is in three things, patience to remain obedient, patience to keep yourself from sinning and patience to face calamities. At the end he said that in the end humans need a sense of patience and gratitude that must be carried out istiqomah. Hopefully welcoming the year 2025 will be even more enthusiastic and better in facing challenges, there is no problem that does not have a solution. The solution is Surah ibrahim verse 7. The event ended with a prayer together.
