SMAN 70 Jakarta Goes To Fikom Unpad

On Friday, October 21, 2022 at 09.00 WIB, the Faculty of Communication Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran received a visit from SMAN 70 Jakarta at the Postgraduate Auditorium of Fikom Unpad. This visit is a series of “SMAN 70 Jakarta Goes To Campus” as an activity in exploring information related to the selection and preparation for entering State Universities. This visit was attended by 70 people consisting of teachers and 12th grade science and social studies students.

Manager of Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Relations of Fikom Unpad Agus Setiaman, S. Sos., M.I.Kom in his speech welcomed teachers and students of SMAN 70 Jakarta at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran. He revealed that Fikom Unpad will always warmly welcome every visit and hopes that this visit can answer every curiosity related to Fikom Unpad. It is also hoped that this visit can establish a good relationship between Fikom Unpad and SMAN 70 Jakarta.

Furthermore, a representative from SMAN 70 Jakarta, Mr. Cecep expressed his gratitude to Fikom Unpad for the welcome that had been given on this visit. He said that there were already alumni of SMAN 70 Jakarta who continued their studies at Fikom Unpad. Therefore, it is hoped that the students who are present today will also gain deeper knowledge related to the selection of State Universities and have an interest in continuing their studies at Fikom Unpad.

The visit agenda was continued with the screening of Fikom Unpad’s profile video and an introduction to study programs, media, and student activities delivered by the Head of the Public Relations Laboratory Renata Anisa, S.Sos, M.M. The activity continued with a discussion session about each study program and student activities that were academic and non-academic in nature by Putra Putri Padjadjaran Fikom 2022 (Kang Kian and Teh Amiira) and several other FIkom Unpad students. The visit was then closed with an exchange of souvenirs and a group photo session. (TC/DM)
