Educators of the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran visited Yogyakarta in the framework of Capacity Building

The Faculty of Communication Sciences, Padjadjaran University held a Capacity Building activity which was attended by Fikom Unpad teaching staff on December 14-16, 2022. The activity was held in Yogyakarta with the aim of building and increasing the work capacity of Fikom Unpad Lecturers.

Capacity Building Activities has the main objective to appreciate the performance of teaching staff in Fikom Unpad. The Dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran, Dr. Dadang Rahmat Hidayat, M.Si., hopes that this activity can encourage the enthusiasm of the lecturers and strengthen the harmony of Fikom Unpad which is in line with the slogan “Fikom Unpad, Harmony”. Therefore, the activity held in Yogyakarta used Agro Wilis train as a mode of transportation with the hope that the road trip taken could strengthen the family.

On the second day, Omah Kecebong was chosen as one of the destinations to visit in Yogyakarta. Omah kecebong was chosen as a destination for capacity building activities with the hope that the tourist spot can provide knowledge related to culture and experiences related to local culture, especially from Yogyakarta.

In connection with the main objective of capacity building activities for Fikom Unpad teaching staff, this activity is packaged in several activities as well as appreciation regarding the achievements and achievements that have been achieved by Fikom Unpad Lecturers. Not only that, in the activity which was attended by educators from various study programs at Fikom Unpad, appreciation was also held for each study program. Therefore, it is hoped that this capacity building activity can increase the solidarity and achievements of Fikom Unpad. (TC)
