Fikom Unpad received a visit from Hasanuddin University Makassar

Faculty of Communication Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran received a visit from Hasanuddin University Makassar South Sulawesi, on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 13.00-18.00 WIB in Oemi Room Building 1 Fikom Unpad. The visit was held in the framework of a comparative study of the integrated laboratory of Communication Science.

The visit was warmly welcomed by Dean Dr. Dadang Rahmat HIdayat, S. Sos., S.H., M. Si., Vice Dean of Fikom Unpad Prof. Dr. Atwar Bajari, M.Si, Dr. Jenny Ratna Suminar, M.Si, Manager and several Heads of Laboratories of Fikom Unpad. The participants who attended this visit consisted of 4 lecturers and 9 Hasanuddin University students. Dr. Dadang Rahmat HIdayat, S. Sos., SH., M. Si. in his remarks welcomed the Lecturers and Students of Hasanuddin University and then explained the profile of Fikom Unpad which was shown in the video.

The next speech was delivered by Dr. M. Iqbal Sultan, M.Si. as the representative of Hasanuddin University. He expressed his gratitude for being welcomed to the campus of Fikom Unpad in this month of Ramadan, he and his team went through a long journey to arrive at the Jatinangor campus. Fikom Unpad is the only Faculty of Communication Science which is a good partner , he said.

This visit also discussed the role of the laboratory as a learning or practicum facility for students. Dr. M. Iqbal Sultan, M.Si. explained about the revitalization of the broadcasting laboratory of the Department of Communication Sciences, Hasanuddin University to support the hybrid learning process (blended learning) by making the laboratory a virtual learning studio that had been launched by Hasanuddin University before the covid-19 pandemic. The visit was followed by giving souvenirs and visiting laboratories in Fikom Unpad. (DM)
