Fikom Unpad Receives Collaborative Study Visit from SMAI Al Azhar Bumi Serpong Damai School

The Faculty of Communication Sciences of Universitas Padjadjaran received a visit from SMAI Al Azhar Bumi Serpong Damai on Thursday, October 17, 2024. The event took place in the Auditorium Room of the Postgraduate Building of Fikom Unpad from 09.00-11.00 WIB. The visit was in the context of a collaborative study, attended by 113 participants consisting of teachers and students. The event was hosted by Fikom Unpad’s children Nahel and Anindita.

The event began with remarks from the Head of the Public Relations Laboratory of Fikom Unpad, Renata Anisa, S.Sos, M.M. She welcomed the students to Fikom Unpad. In his remarks, he hoped that with this visit, students would get in-depth information about Fikom Unpad, especially an overview related to study programs, to help students choose the right study program at the next level of education.

Furthermore, Mr. Rahmat Rizky Basuki, S, Pd, Vice Principal for Student Affairs of SMAI Al Azhar Bumi Serpong Damai expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from Fikom Unpad. In his remarks, he said that the purpose of the visit was to explore information about the study programs at the Faculty of Communication Sciences and to find out how UNPAD’s new student admission pathway is so that students can more easily make their choice to continue their studies to college and hopefully be accepted in the study program as desired by the students.

The event continued with the screening of Fikom Unpad’s profile video which was watched together. The next agenda was a more in-depth explanation of study programs, facilities, student activity units (ukm), entry points to Unpad, and the learning system by the Head of Public Relations Laboratory Renata Anisa, M.M. and Academic and Alumni Relations Manager Agus Setiaman, M.Si. followed by a question and answer session. The event ended with the awarding of plaques and group photos.
