
Learning from Dhea Oesman, Student Achieves with Myriad Works
Jatinangor (18/05/2021). The Learn From Home (LFH) and Work From Home (WFH) policies, which have been in place since March 2020, may be a disappointing start for some. The lack of social interaction and poor adaptation of time majeure are the main reasons why this policy has so much impact on students and workers. However, it is different from a student born in Batam, Dhea Rizky Vanya Oesman. The 6th semester student in the public relations study program took advantage of the pandemic situation as an opportunity to develop herself, by producing digital works in the form of voice over (VO), and participating in national competition events. This student, who is familiarly called Dhea, also often helps in marketing MSMEs during the pandemic with her beautiful voice over , not only voice over for MSMEs, Dhea also shares her unique story through voice processing through podcasts and radio announcements . Dhea also often shares her VO activities on the Instagram account @ Suaradhea.
Active in organization, Freelance , and Become Mawapres 
While still a new student, Dhea, like other students, wanted to develop her talents and abilities by participating in the Student Activity Unit (UKM). Armed with her experience since junior high school in the theater world, Dhea finally decided to join the GSSTF (Film Theater Arts Center). . With Dhea’s abilities, she managed to amaze the audience with her various stage acts, one of which was when she performed a dramatization of a poem entitled Indonesiaku by Hammid Jabbar. Her appreciation through her expressions, gestures, and intonations succeeded in hypnotizing the audience to enter into the poem. he reads. Knowing his talent in the field of voice processing, Dhea is currently also opening a freelance in the field of voice over services, he runs freelance armed with the experience he once had, namely being a dubber at Mangatoon Indonesia. Sure enough, Dhea’s distinctive voice attracts many MSMEs and even E-Learning companies to use her voice over services in filling advertisements to English learning videos.
However, her busy schedule does not become an obstacle for Dhea in carrying out her lecture activities, she is known as a student figure who is active in class and becomes an outstanding student of Fikom Unpad in 2021. Dhea’s efforts in continuing to develop her potential and abilities do not stop there, currently Dhea is also carrying out an internship as a Public Relations Officer at the Batam DPRD.
Since the pandemic, Dhea has felt the difference in her daily routine, Dhea admits that she has more free time, so Dhea takes advantage of it by participating in various competitions.
“I usually take part in competitions about what I like, because I want in the process I really enjoy it and push myself to the maximum,” answered Dhea.
Since March 2020, several achievements that have been achieved by Dhea include 1st Voice Over Competition by SWCU, 1st Place of Public Speaking Competition by PRspective, 1st Place of Story Telling Competition by Borobudur Conservation, 3rd Place of Horror Podcast Competition by Axterium, and 3rd Place of News Anchor Competition by LPM. Dhea is also an awardee from Pemko Batam scholarship.
When Boredom Hits
Like other teenagers, there are times when Dhea feels bored with her busy activities. At times like this, Dhea would usually take a moment to rest. In addition, he will return to introspect and re-evaluate what things he has gone through and obtained.
“Usually I’m like stepping back about whatever I’ve been through. I’m also grateful, because my current condition could be the ideal condition that someone wants,” said Dhea Oesman.
After that, when he is bored, Dhea often introspects on the shortcomings of himself that he must improve, so that it will be easier for him to enjoy the process of life that he has. Dhea also said that she wanted to continue working, even though she was in the middle of a hectic lecture period. He admitted that he often participates in various activities such as seminars, and the Youtube Channel which discusses how to use college time to continue working. Dhea also said that when she developed herself, she could be refreshed from the hectic lectures.

Dhea also feels the increasingly fierce competition in the world of work, therefore she continues to nurture herself to develop by giving her own version of the best effort. Dhea Oesman said that he adhered to the principle of ” Let Your Success Be Your Noise “. This principle continues to lead him to continue to realize that success is a difficult road, but with the involvement of unlimited efforts, and a good planning process, we can all go through it and achieve success in our life goals.
